This course is designed as an entry-level introduction for beginners to the world of freediving.
Its goal is to help students understand the essential techniques, fundamental theory, and safety procedures required for freediving—so they can enjoy the sport safely and confidently within their limits.
Be 18 years of age or older (16 or 17 years old with parent or guardian consent)
Be able to swim at least 100m non-stop*

No Theoretical Exam

Course Duration: 1 Day
The course includes:
Theory session (1): basic knowledge of freediving, breathing and relaxation techniques, and safety education
Confined water sessions (1): STA (static) training, safety and rescue techniques
Open water sessions (1): proper finning skills, FIM(free immersion) practive
