Be 18 years of age or older
Have completed the AIDA 3 course or have completed the AIDA 3 Crossover Evaluation if crossing over from another freediving agency
Have completed a course in First Aid with CPR within the last 2 years (Apply for PADI EFR Course)

Dynamic Apnea: 70 meters DYNB
Depth: 32 meters CWTB
Theoretical exam: passing score 75%
Depth Rescue: 20 meters

Course Duration: 4 Days
The course includes:
Theory session (1): Physics - Dalton's Law, Boyle's Law, Henry's law, Decompression Sickness, Nitrogen Narcosis, Failure Depth and how to increase VC and decrease RV, FRC Diving, Mouth-Fill, Packing, Fitness and Training, Nutrition and Diet for Freedivers.
Theory exam (1)
Confined water sessions (2): STA (static) training, DYN/DNF training, CO₂ tolerance training, safety and rescue techniques, Assistant Instructor
Open water sessions (4): the new techniques in AIDA4 course will include FRC diving, mouth-fill equalization, packing and equipment handling.
Note: The course must be completed within 6 months, with open water sessions required to be completed within 3 months. Additional fees may apply for incomplete components beyond this period.Course Fee

Note: If two or more sessions are scheduled on the same day, there will be a break in between for rest, recovery, and Q&A to ensure effective learning.
